Do you need help remembering your search terms or finding a page you already searched for?

Sometimes it is hard to remember exactly what you searched for the last time you found a specific page. We want to make it simple to find what you need each time you visit hp.com.
  • Search history is a service to help you find the same pages you searched for in the past.
  • Search history will remember up to 3 of your most recent searches and display them on the left side of the search page.
  • If you want to erase the list of your recent searches, click the "Clear search history" link located below the list of recent search terms.
This service uses a permanent cookie stored on your computer, not on the hp.com site. The cookie is used only for customer convenience to facilitate this personalization service. It will not be used for any other purpose. The cookie will expire in 90 days. In other words, your 3 most recent search terms will be remembered for 90 days.

It is your choice

Hopefully you find a list of your recent searches helpful. However, if you don't want to see or use this list, you can turn it off:
  • Just click "Turn off search history", located just below the list of recent search terms.
  • Clicking the "Turn off search history" link will turn the service off for anyone using your computer and your search terms will not be remembered any more.
If you decide that you want to use this service in the future, you can turn it back on:
  • Just click "Remember my searches" located on the left side of the page under the "Search history" title.
  • After you have completed two searches, you will see your recent search terms displayed in the "Search history" section again.
